Self Portraits
9-9:15am
Freeplay includes stations with Mozart/Vangogh coloring sheets, Starry Night pastel drawing activity, and molding yellow clay starry stars.
9:15am-9:30am
Circle Time encompasses a name game, singing, instruments, puppets, music games, sharing, and "helper" assignments.
9:30-9:45am
Creative and Sequencing Art Time includes three activities: Painted Self Portraits, Confetti Hands, and Photo Bookmarks.
9:45-10:30am
Potty Break, Outdoor Play, freeplay on the grass, and a couple of games (Red Light Green Light and Two-Square).
10:30-10:45am
When we return to the classroom, we will have a cup of water along with a healthy snack (fruit, veggies, goldfish). Then, our Book Nook Time features stories and sharing about Mozart and VanGogh.
10:45-11am
Goodbye Circle Time includes rhythm sticks (intro Suzuki lesson), goodbye song, bows, and stickers for each child's "I'm a Star" chart.
Tuesday-Thursday, September 21-23: I am Growing!
9:00-9:15am
This week's freeplay activities include painting and decorating Impressionist Artist Bags as well as free-draw with chalk pastels and crayons.
9:15am-9:30am
Circle Time encompasses a name game, singing, instruments, puppets, music games, sharing, and "helper" assignments.
9:30-9:45am
Creative and Sequencing Art Time includes two activities on Tuesday (handprints/footprints and "big me") and two activities on Thursday (paperdolls and "paint-a-hand").
9:45-10:30am
Outdoor time features an "I am Growing" planting activity, freeplay, and a new game called Musical Hoops.
10:30-10:45am
Book Nook Time features a healthy snack, water, stories and sharing about Mozart and VanGogh.
10:45am-11am

Creative and Sequencing Art Time includes two activities on Tuesday (favorite foods placemat and veggie printing) and two activities on Thursday (favorite animal sponge art and starry windsocks).

Outdoor time features a "Favorite Veggie" planting activity, freeplay on the grass, and two games (Red Light Green Light and Two Square).
