This month we will be celebrating Nature while learning about Monet's beautiful works of art and Bach's harmonious masterpieces!

October 5-7:
Leaves and Trees are the focus of this week's activities and include waterlilies, falling for shapes, leaf prints, handprint trees, fabric trees, and paint-a-tree.

October 12-14:
Seeds, Plants, and Flowers. This week we are painting flowers, planting seeds, and creating a seed mosaic. We'll also be playing with our felt flower garden and making spooky spiders to celebrate Halloween!

October 19-21:
Rocks and Shells. We'll be painting and decorating Halloween rocks, having fun with sand art, and making an ocean scene - complete with tiny seashells! We'll play with our lapharp and make a group project celebrating nature at the beach!

October 26-28:
Pumpkins! This week's activities will focus on Pumpkins! We'll learn how pumpkins grow, plant our own pumpkin seeds, make a pumpkin wind sock, create a pumpkin picture frame, and paint tiny pumpkins. We'll also have a Halloween party this week!
